Our client are a leading SME housebuilder in the Kent area with a number of projects to commence in the next 12 months. We are looking for a dynamic, hungry and proactive Land Buyer / Negotiator to join the team and work closely with the SLT to exercise the significant pipeline, whilst sourcing new market opportunities.
We are looking for a strong communicator with a proven track record from an SME or PLC developer, who can be self-sufficient and drive projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Identify and assess potential land acquisition opportunities for residential development projects.
- Conduct market research and monitor planning and development activity to identify new opportunities.
- Prepare financial appraisals and viability assessments to support acquisition decisions.
- Coordinate with planning, technical, and legal teams to facilitate the efficient progression of projects.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to maximise development opportunities.
