Our client is a fully independent and family-owned property group that specialises in the delivery of bespoke new build properties across Hampshire and the surrounding areas.

Required background: Housebuilding

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor who will drive day‑to‑day productivity of the Commercial Department and contribute to strategic long‑term business planning.

With a portfolio that includes open market family homes and a small selection of care homes, the ideal candidate will be willing to be involved in all aspects of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing / Managing cost plans and budgets
• Front end land appraisals
• Support on all Group procurement
• Value Engineering on prospective sites
• Full oversight of Subcontractor performance
