Senior Quantity Surveyor in Guildford

Required background: Housebuilding

Our client are a fully independent and family-owned property Group who specialise in the

delivery of bespoke new build properties across Hampshire and the surrounding areas.

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor who has the capacity to

both drive to the day-to-day productivity of the Commercial Department, as well as having a

strategic input into the longer-term plans of the business.

With a portfolio that includes a mixture of open market family homes as well as a small

selection of care homes, the ideal candidate will have a willingness to be get involved in all

aspects of the business.

Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing / Managing cost plans and budgets

• Front end land appraisals

• Support on all Group procurement

• Value Engineering on prospective sites

• Full oversight of Subcontractor performance
