We have an excellent opportunity for a Customer Service Administrator to join a well-established residential developer on an ongoing contract with a minimum duration of three months. This is a busy and varied role that would suit someone who is highly organised, customer-focused and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced office environment. Previous experience working for a residential developer or social housing provider would be highly advantageous.

The Role

Working as part of the Customer Care team, you will provide essential administrative support while acting as a key point of contact for homeowners, contractors and internal departments. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Processing invoices accurately and efficiently
  • Data entry and maintaining customer records
  • Answering incoming telephone calls and responding to customer enquiries
  • Liaising with homeowners to provide updates and resolve queries
  • Chasing contractors to ensure works are completed within agreed timescales
  • Managing emails and general administrative duties
  • Supporting the wider Customer Care team with day-to-day administration

About You

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has previous administrative and customer service experience
