Housebuilding Our client is a leading 5* developer who has a robust pipeline of developments, looking to strengthen what is already a high performing region with a Senior Quantity Surveyor.
Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will provide support across a portfolio of developments.
Financial
Reporting: Deliver accurate cost reports and updates to the Commercial Director regarding project viability and future developments.
Create and monitor budgets for subcontractors, materials, prelims, and marketing, working closely with wider departmental teams.
Land
Appraisals: Actively support land bid appraisals and gather data for the process from initial bid through to site start.
