Freelance Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyors to join a leading main contractor on a freelance basis. This role will involve supporting procurement activities for a new build residential developments located in Kilburn, Harrow, and Lewisham while being based out of the contractor’s Head office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage procurement, taking the lead on final accounts for a single, active development.
• Collaborate with design, commercial, and site teams to ensure efficient delivery of packages.
• Prepare tender documentation, conduct cost analysis, and manage subcontractor engagement.
• Ensure all contractual and financial elements are in order before project completion.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience as a freelance Quantity Surveyor within the residential construction sector.
• Strong background in procurement and pre-construction processes.
• Ability to work independently and start immediately.

This is a fantastic short-term contract for a highly skilled professional seeking to make a valuable contribution to a well-regarded contractor.
