Reporting to the Contracts Manager, as Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day site operations, overseeing subcontractors and supply chain partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to exceptional quality standards. This role is ideal for someone with experience in planned maintenance within social housing, particularly those familiar with fire safety works such as fire stopping and fire door remediation.
