We are partnering with a leading property organisation as they continue to invest in their finance and customer operations function, with the appointment of a Director of Property Finance. This is a newly created leadership role focused on driving the performance, accuracy and delivery of service charge accounting across a large and complex portfolio.
The position is centred on leading teams, improving processes and ensuring service charge accounts and budgets are delivered in line with regulatory requirements and customer expectations. A key part of the role is to provide assurance across financial outputs, holding teams accountable for quality and timeliness, whilst driving a more customer-centric approach to reduce queries and improve first-time resolution.
Working across live, operational assets, you will play a key role in strengthening controls, embedding best practice and using data and insight to continuously improve performance and service delivery. You will sit within a collaborative, high-performing environment, working closely with operational and customer service teams. The culture is fast-paced, positive and focused on delivering a best-in-class customer experience.
