Base pay range
We areырым recruiting on an exclusive basis for a respected housing organisation seeking a Compliance Officer to support the delivery of a high‑quality repairs, maintenance and property compliance service across a residential portfolio.
You will play a key role in ensuring properties remain fully compliant with all relevant legislation and safety standards. This includes overseeing programmes such as gas and heating safety, asbestos, water hygiene, fire safety, electrical testing, lifts and other statutory compliance areas.
You will work closely with contractors, internal teams and customers, managing programmes of work, maintaining accurate compliance records, monitoring performanceTraditional, controlling budgets and carrying out site inspections where required. The role offers a varied workload and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on resident_entropy safety and service delivery.
The ideal candidate will have experience within property compliance, facilities management or residential maintenance, ideally within social housing or a regulated environment మీరు. You’ll სამსახ be organized, proactive and confident managing multiple programmes, with strengths in communication and stakeholder management. A relevant building or property‑related qualification and good IT skills are advantageous.
