We are working closely with an entrepreneurial SME housing developer who have exciting growth plans in place to increase delivery and turnover in the coming years. With this in mind, we are looking for an ambitious Senior Surveyor to join the business and lead projects commercially in the Herts / Essex patch, with a view to growing a team around them and progressing into a Managerial position in the medium/long-term. We would consider a driven Surveyor with SME or PLC experience who is looking to step up in their next move.
