Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the technical, engineering, and architectural design processes from planning approval through to construction completion.
- Manage, brief, and coordinate external consultant teams, ensuring all technical packages are accurate, compliant, and delivered to strict deadlines.
- Act as the technical lead on high-efficiency fabric designs, zero-carbon initiatives, and complex services integration.
