Our client are a well-regarded brownfield–specialist developer who are looking to strengthen their civil and structural engineering department in respect of a specific large scale new project.
The scheme comprises new build RC Frame construction, and we are looking for someone who can demonstrate relevant project experience, spanning reinforced concrete and residential.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate structural design information across a major new-build residential scheme.
- Review drawings, calculations and consultant submissions, with a focus on RC frame construction.
- Work closely with technical, site, commercial and external design teams to resolve engineering queries.
- Support the coordination of foundations, frame, podium, drainage and infrastructure interfaces.
This role would suit someone already working client side or indeed provide the opportunity for someone to make that step from consultancy.
