As a Planner you would be responsible for assessing site potential, preparing, and managing planning applications, coordinating technical inputs, and navigating local policy to secure successful outcomes. The position blends strategic site appraisal, stakeholder engagement, and collaboration with surveyors and agents to help maximise value. You will balance commercial awareness and strong planning judgment, contributing to projects from initial feasibility through to securing consent.
Key Responsibilities
- Undertake site appraisals and assess development potential.
