The Role

As a seasoned Buyer, you will take full ownership of the procurement process across multiple live residential development sites. Your role will be critical in ensuring the timely and cost-effective delivery of materials. You’ll split your time between the office and on-site, collaborating closely with both operational site teams and the office-based management team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee procurement and supply chain management across three active residential sites.
  • Source, negotiate, and purchase materials in line with project timelines and budget requirements.
  • Coordinate with site managers, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless logistics and delivery.
  • Monitor budgets, control costs, and manage stock levels to drive efficiency.
  • Foster strong supplier relationships and identify opportunities for value engineering and cost savings.
