A progressive residential organisation is seeking a Health & Safety Advisor to support health & safety within a community and people-focused environment where you can make a genuine difference. This is a hands-on operational role focused on the risks faced by frontline operatives and contractors delivering repairs, maintenance and investment works across occupied residential buildings.

Working from a client-side perspective, you will support the monitoring and assurance of both external contractors and internal DLO teams, helping to maintain safe working practices, strong compliance standards and effective risk management across day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include audits, inspections and site visits across estates and active work sites, supporting contractor assurance activity and monitoring compliance with CDM Regulations.

A key part of this role will be to provide advice to operational teams and contribute to continuous improvement across safety performance. You will join a friendly, collaborative and well-resourced team where health & safety is genuinely valued and embedded into operational delivery.
