Architectural Technologist

Our client is one of the South East’s leading privately owned SME developers, renowned for delivering high-quality, bespoke residential schemes. With several active sites and an impressive pipeline of new projects, the business is entering an exciting period of growth and is looking to strengthen its Technical team with the addition of a Technical Coordinator. This role offers the opportunity to join a design-led developer with a strong land bank and a commitment to quality.

Key Requirements:

• Coordinate with internal teams and manage external consultants (architectural, engineering, highways, sustainability).
• Oversee preparation of technical drawings and documents to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Support discharge of NHBC and Building Control conditions.
• Attend project and design meetings, ensuring timely and accurate design information flow.
