We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to join a leading residential developer on a temp-to-perm basis. This role offers the chance to manage a traditional build housing development, overseeing day-to-day site operations and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality residential homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate all on-site activities to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the required quality standards.
  • Oversee a busy site environment with multiple trades and subcontractors working across various stages of the build programme.
  • Monitor progress against project schedules and take proactive measures to maintain programme targets.
  • Ensure all health, safety, and environmental regulations are adhered to at all times.
