Key responsibilities include:

  • Motivate and support a team of Site Managers.
  • Detailed approach to managing build programmes and sequencing on all sites within your responsibility.
  • Take overall responsibility for health, safety, and environmental compliance.
  • Maintain quality control and ensure all works meet NHBC and company standards.
  • Liaise with internal departments, local authorities, and inspectors to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Support the customer journey by ensuring timely handovers and exceptional finish quality.
  • Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to keep the build on track.

What you’ll have:

  • Demonstratable track record within housebuilding is essential.
  • First class experience of Health & Safety, Building Regulations and NHBC standards.
  • Strong understanding of local Groundworkers.
