Thomas Gray Ltd is seeking an experienced Technical Legacy Manager on a 3–6 month contract to support legacy and Building Safety Case work across its North London portfolio. The role focuses on transferring legacy developments to Resident Management Companies and overseeing high‑rise safety deliverables.
You will report to the Technical Director, coordinate land transfers, RMC handovers, and chair multi‑disciplinary meetings with solicitors and asset managers.
