Our client is a reputable and long-established residential and commercial property development and investment company which operates throughout the Thames Valley and North Hampshire. We are seeking a Commercial Property Manager to asset manage our diverse commercial property portfolio. Reporting to the Managing Director, the Commercial Property Manager will lead relationships with key external professionals in the day-to-day asset management of the portfolio, involving the letting/sale and ongoing management of property, including technical and financial appraisals and project management of potential new acquisitions.
The successful candidate may possess a professional property/surveying qualification; however, non-qualified applicants will also be considered if they have the required experience. The candidate will need proven experience of lease advisory negotiations and will have provided strategic advice across all landlord and tenant matters. Experience of managing capital work projects in conjunction with external consultants will also be required. This role would suit someone who has a strong commercial mindset with solid negotiation skills.
