We have an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Assistant Site Manager to join a well-established SME residential developer on a thoughtfully designed development of 28 high-quality new homes in Pershore.

You'll be joining a close-knit team where quality, customer satisfaction and attention to detail are at the heart of every development.
Working alongside an experienced Site Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day management of the site, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.
The Role
- Assist with the day-to-day management of a live residential development.
- Coordinate subcontractors and ensure work is completed to programme.
- Maintain high standards of health and safety across site.
- Monitor quality throughout the build process and ensure defects are minimised.
- Carry out site inspections and assist with snagging and handovers.
- Help deliver an excellent customer experience through the final stages of the build.
About You
- Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager on new build residential developments.
- A genuine passion for producing high-quality homes.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Able to work collaboratively as part of a close-knit site team.
- Proactive, hands-on approach with excellent attention to detail.
