The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.

We are looking for an organised and proactive Compliance Officer to join our Building team. You will coordinate inspections, manage compliance records, liaise with contractors and customers, and support the smooth delivery of essential compliance programmes.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Support property compliance activities, including gas, asbestos, fire safety and water hygiene.
  • Coordinate inspections and customer appointments.
  • Raise and monitor repair orders and compliance works.
  • Maintain accurate records, databases and contractor documentation.
  • Manage no-access cases and support compliance reporting.
  • Build strong working relationships with contractors and internal teams.
  • Carry out post-inspections to ensure work meets required standards.
