We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join a growing SME Main Contractor delivering a range of fire remediation and fire safety projects across the South East London area. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and knowledgeable Site Manager looking to join a well-established contractor with a strong pipeline of works and long-term career prospects.
The Role
You will be responsible for managing fire remediation and fire safety projects from site set-up through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards. Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing day-to-day site operations
- Managing subcontractors and site teams
- Ensuring full compliance with current health & safety legislation
- Maintaining high quality standards throughout project delivery
- Liaising with clients, residents, consultants, and senior management
- Ensuring works comply with the latest Building Safety regulations and fire safety requirements
- Managing programme delivery and site documentation
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Proven experience managing fire remediation and fire safety projects
- Excellent knowledge of the updated Building Safety Regulations
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage projects safely and efficiently within occupied environments
