We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join a growing SME Main Contractor delivering a range of fire remediation and fire safety projects across the South East London area. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and knowledgeable Site Manager looking to join a well-established contractor with a strong pipeline of works and long-term career prospects.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing fire remediation and fire safety projects from site set-up through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards. Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing day-to-day site operations
  • Managing subcontractors and site teams
  • Ensuring full compliance with current health & safety legislation
  • Maintaining high quality standards throughout project delivery
  • Liaising with clients, residents, consultants, and senior management
  • Ensuring works comply with the latest Building Safety regulations and fire safety requirements
  • Managing programme delivery and site documentation

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Proven experience managing fire remediation and fire safety projects
  • Excellent knowledge of the updated Building Safety Regulations
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage projects safely and efficiently within occupied environments
