We are working with a London based contractor client that focuses on delivering mixed tenure new build housing and apartments. Further to recent success and the winning of a particular project in Central London, there is a need to onboard an experienced Technical Manager with extensive exposure to Conversion/Refurbishment schemes, ideally Office to Residential.
Reporting to the Technical Director, this will require a proven technically strong leader that can operate autonomously. Whilst our client is London based, there is an element of hybrid working with this role with site visits as required.
