This well–established consultancy has secured major new–build residential and mixed–use projects across London and the South East. As a key senior appointment, you will act as the Regional Director's right–hand person, helping lead the team and drive delivery standards across the region.
The Role
- Lead electrical design on large–scale new–build projects
- Act as second–in–command to the Regional Director
- Take responsibility for the wider team in the Director's absence
- Provide technical leadership and mentor junior engineers
- Manage client relationships and represent the business in meetings
- Resolve technical challenges and conflicts professionally and commercially
- Oversee calculations, drawings, specifications, and project coordination
- Support the development of regional standards, processes, and team growth
About You
- Strong consultancy experience in electrical building services
- Proven delivery of residential and mixed–use new–build schemes
- Fully proficient in Revit (MEP) and AutoCAD
- Excellent client–facing skills
- Confident handling of difficult conversations and conflict resolution
- Able to find practical, commercially sound technical solutions
- Strong communicator, both face–to–face and over the telephone
- Chartered or working towards (advantageous)
