A leading UK real estate operator is seeking a Senior Asset Manager to support the strategic and operational management of a large, complex mixed-use portfolio. You will provide strategic, technical and commercial insight on matters including lease obligations, service charge disputes, operational risk and wider asset-related issues.
You will also oversee external managing agents and advisers, driving accountability and performance through structured governance and KPI management.
