We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Site Manager to join a respected SME residential developer on a flagship development of 126 thoughtfully designed new homes in Lichfield.

Working alongside an experienced Site Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring this prestigious scheme is delivered safely, on programme and to the high standards the company is known for.

The Role
- Support the Site Manager with the day-to-day running of a large new build residential development.
- Coordinate subcontractors to ensure works are completed safely, efficiently and to programme.
- Monitor build quality throughout every stage of construction.
- Ensure the highest standards of health and safety are maintained on site.
- Carry out inspections, snagging and quality checks.
- Assist with plot handovers and help deliver an outstanding customer experience.
- Help drive programme while maintaining the company's commitment to quality workmanship.
About You
- Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager on new build residential developments.
- Experience working with a recognised housebuilder or residential contractor.
- Passionate about delivering quality homes and maintaining high construction standards.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- A proactive team player with excellent attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
