Our client is an award-winning 5* housebuilder with a strong presence across Leicestershire and the surrounding counties.

With the region continuing to grow and a number of new developments in the pipeline, they are now looking to bring in an experienced Sales Manager to oversee several sites and support the next phase of growth.

Reporting to a highly regarded Sales Director, you'll be responsible for managing the performance of multiple sales teams, ensuring high standards are maintained across each development and helping drive sales results.

This is a great opportunity for an existing New Homes Sales Manager who enjoys developing people, improving performance and working closely with senior management in a successful, expanding region
