Our client is an emerging contractor focused within the Facades and Cladding space, looking to onboard a Resident Liaison Officer for two schemes in the Midlands and the Northwest. Ideally, you will offer the following experience:
Acting as the primary link between residents, contractors, and housing teams during construction, repair, or refurbishment projects. They will ensure tenants are kept informed, manage access to properties, and resolve complaints to minimize disruption.
