An opportunity to join a leading Construction & Interior Group. We are looking for a qualified HR professional with at least 10 years of leadership experience, ideally gained within construction, interior fit out or consultancy sectors. As HR Director, you will report directly to the Group Managing Director and play a central role in shaping a people-first culture across the organisation. Leading strategic HR initiatives, your focus will be to embed best practices and strengthen the company’s ability to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
