Working with one of the UK’s leading housebuilders, we are looking for a proven and driven Senior Site Manager to join an incredibly stable and high performing Construction department and lead on the delivery of a site within the region.
The ideal candidate will have Volume housebuilding experience as well as a passion for delivering quality led schemes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all onsite construction activities to deliver high-quality homes safely, on time and within budget.
- Manage site programmes, subcontractors and suppliers to maintain smooth progress.
- Take overall responsibility for health, safety, and environmental compliance.
Maintain quality control and ensure all works meet NHBC and company standards.
- Lead and develop the site team, promoting a positive and productive culture.
- Liaise with internal departments, local authorities, and inspectors to resolve issues efficiently.
Support the customer journey by ensuring timely handovers and exceptional finish quality.
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to keep the build on track.
Work with commercial teams to manage costs and achieve value for money.
