Freelance Quantity Surveyors

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyors to join a leading main contractor on a freelance basis. This role will involve supporting procurement activities for a new build residential developments located in Kilburn, Harrow, and Lewisham while being based out of the contractor\’s Head office. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee and manage procurement, taking the lead on final accounts for a single, active development. * Collaborate with design, commercial, and site teams to ensure efficient delivery of packages. * Prepare tender documentation, conduct cost analysis, and manage subcontractor engagement. * Ensure all contractual and financial elements are in order before project completion. Requirements: * Demonstrated experience as a freelance Quantity Surveyor within the residential construction sector. * Strong background in procurement and pre-construction processes. * Ability to work independently and start immediately.
