Senior Quantity Surveyor - Residential Development (North Midlands) in Derby

We are working with a highly regarded Commercial Director to strengthen his surveying team for projects in the North Midlands area. With an increase of workload going forward, we are keen to consider either an ambitious QS with 3+ years at that level or an established SQS; both individuals must be able to demonstrate exposure to volume led residential development.
