We are partnered with a rapidly growing SME housebuilder who operate throughout Surrey, Sussex and Kent to deliver quality led, high specification developments. With groundworks underway, we have an opportunity for a Site Manager to join the team in late June/early July and lead the production of a brand new timber frame project in Sussex.

Previous housing experience from either an SME or PLC developer is required, with a keen eye for quality control, programme management and H&S.
