We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join a dynamic and growing team in Kent. This is an exciting opportunity to manage multiple mechanical services projects from inception through to completion, ensuring quality delivery, strong client relationships, and tight control of resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate multiple mechanical installation projects.
  • Act as the main client contact, ensuring satisfaction throughout the project life cycle.
  • Conduct regular site visits and monitor progress and quality.
  • Prepare programmes, risk assessments, and technical submissions.
  • Manage budgets, procurement, labour resources, and engineer payments.
  • Attend internal cost reviews and project meetings with stakeholders.
  • Support post-completion activities and ensure project documentation is completed.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar Contracts Manager role.
  • HNC/HND in Mechanical Services or equivalent.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
  • A commercial mindset with the ability to problem-solve under pressure.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Projects).
  • CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid certifications.
