Thomas Gray Ltd. is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead the implementation, governance and continuous improvement of the QMS across a diverse portfolio of construction projects. You will drive a proactive quality culture, ensuring robust planning and compliance from pre-construction through to handover.
You will lead audits, develop PQPs/ITPs, manage hold points and embed right‑first‑time quality across-site activities, collaborating with SHEQ teams and stakeholders.
