Our client is an award-winning, 5* volume developer with sites across the Cambridgeshire/Essex borders. With the continued growth of the region, the Sales Progressor will proactively manage the progression of the Group’s new-build sales in a timely and efficient manner, supporting the sales team to provide reservists and resale vendors with effective advice and guidance.

Key responsibilities:

  • Processing and progressing all agreed reservations and sales through to legal completion
  • Co-ordination of documentation and instruction approvals to solicitors and ensuring timely responses to enquiries raised
  • Liaising with the sales teams, reservists and their solicitors, estate agents and financial advisors, and home buying companies
  • Providing all relevant parties with accurate updates on the progress of the purchase/sale
  • Supporting the sales teams in corresponding with reservists (new build) and vendors (resales) to guide them through the contract and completion process

What you’ll have:

  • Experience as a Sales Progressor for a UK residential housebuilder is desirable or an estate agent
  • Knowledge of the UK property market and the conveyancing process
  • Highly articulate, excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Reliable, proactive, tenacious and positive ‘can-do’ attitude with outstanding prioritisation and time management abilities
  • Confident team player with strong relationship-building skills
