Our client is an award-winning, 5* volume developer with an established portfolio of sites across the Cambridgeshire and Essex borders, operating in a region that continues to experience strong growth.
With the expansion they are looking to introduce a “Tech Savy” PA to come on board and assist the Sales Director as well as the wider teams day-to-day activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative and organisational support to the Director.
- Manage and prioritise the Director’s diary, emails, and travel arrangements, ensuring efficient use of time.
- Prepare and coordinate reports, presentations, and correspondence to a high professional standard.
- Arrange and support internal and external meetings, including agenda preparation, minute taking, and follow-up actions.
- Liaise with internal teams, external stakeholders, and senior management on behalf of the Director.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive business information.
- Support project administration, document control, and ensure key deadlines are met.
- Assist in the organisation of company events, board meetings, and site visits as required.
- Provide general administrative support to the wider senior leadership team when necessary. About You
- Proven experience as a PA or Executive Assistant, ideally within property, construction, or a corporate environment is essential.
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Confident managing multiple priorities and working to tight deadlines.
- Highly professional, proactive, and able to work discreetly with sensitive information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point).
