Our client is a leading master developer operating across Southeast and Anglia areas. We are working with their Commercial Director to onboard an experienced Senior Surveyor that can step up to CM level and offer strong exposure to strategic cost planning, estimating, procurement as well as delivery management. Attention to detail and being process driven is requisite.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Cost Planning: Lead financial modeling, initial cost planning and master budget formulation for large-scale, multi-phase infrastructure and strategic land projects.
  • Procurement Management: Formulate and execute comprehensive procurement strategies, managing the end-to-end tender process for major infrastructure, earthworks, utilities and public realm works.
  • Commercial Delivery: Oversee live contract administration, developer contributions, section agreements (S106/S278) and master-developer infrastructure obligations.
  • Risk & Value Engineering: Identify and mitigate commercial risks across complex masterplans, driving value engineering to optimize margins and project efficiency.
  • Reporting & Governance: Maintain strict, process-driven controls to provide accurate cashflow forecasting, monthly cost reports and updates to the Commercial Director.
