A growing and supportive multidisciplinary consultancy is seeking a Building Safety Consultant to be part of its supportive and close-knit London based team. This role offers the opportunity to support and when ready lead on a range of building safety projects across residential portfolios, providing technical advice, undertaking surveys to identify defects, developing remedial solutions, and supporting compliance with current building safety legislation.

You will contribute to safety case documentation, resident engagement materials and regulatory submissions, while working closely with clients to manage risk and improve building safety outcomes. The position also involves supporting higher-risk building projects, advising on regulatory approvals, and collaborating with colleagues across design, contract administration and fire safety disciplines.

The consultancy has a strong commitment to professional development and will actively support your progression, including structured training, mentoring and clear pathways toward becoming a Chartered Surveyor.
