Key responsibilities include:
- Motivate and support a team of Site Managers.
- Detailed approach to managing build programmes and sequencing on all sites within your responsibility.
- Take overall responsibility for health, safety, and environmental compliance.
- Maintain quality control and ensure all works meet NHBC and company standards.
- Liaise with internal departments, local authorities, and inspectors to resolve issues efficiently.
- Support the customer journey by ensuring timely handovers and exceptional finish quality.
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to keep the build on track.
What you’ll have:
