Document Controller in Biggin Hill

We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Document Controller to join an established MEP design consultancy based in Westerham.

You will take responsibility for all aspects of document control across both the Southern and Northern regions, ensuring project documentation is accurately maintained, distributed and recorded throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Managing incoming and outgoing project documentation
• Maintaining accurate document registers and filing systems
• Issuing drawings, specifications and technical information
• Monitoring document revisions and ensuring teams are working from current information
• Coordinating documentation across multiple projects and regional teams
• Supporting project teams with document control processes and procedures
• Ensuring documentation complies with company and client requirements

The successful candidate will have:

• Previous experience working as a Document Controller
• A thorough understanding of document control systems and procedures
• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
• The ability to manage documentation across multiple projects and regions
• Confident communication and IT skills
• Experience within an MEP design consultancy or building services environment would be highly advantageous
