We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Site Manager to provide short-term holiday cover on a new build residential development in Bicester. Working alongside the existing site team, you will assist with the day-to-day management of the development, helping to ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to programme.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Site Manager with the day-to-day running of the development
- Coordinating subcontractors and monitoring site activities
- Maintaining high standards of health & safety
- Assisting with quality control and site inspections
- Ensuring work progresses in line with programme
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager on new build residential developments
- SMSTS
- CSCS Card
- First Aid at Work
- Available to work Tuesday 4th August through Friday 7th August
