Our client is a renowned and well-regarded national house builder with a first class reputation across the sector, and have an excellent land bank of future sites secured. With this growth in mind, we are looking to appoint an experienced and acquisitions led Senior Land Manager to the business. Working closely with the Regional Land Director, the ideal candidate will have a proven track record of acquiring land across the Northern Home counties and have a strong network within the region.
Key responsibilities include:
- Establish and maintain relationships with local authorities, agents, land owners and developers within the area.
- Liaise internally to ensure all opportunities are optimised throughout the acquisitions process.
- Help the Land Director shape and implement the longer-term Land strategy for the business.
