We are working closely with an entrepreneurial SME housing developer who have exciting growth plans in place to increase delivery and turnover in the coming years. Operating South East of England, with a focus on Central, Southern, and Eastern regions. With a first-class reputation across the sector, we are looking to appoint an experienced and quality driven Assistant Site Manager to help manage their new Mixed Timber Frame and Traditional Build site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day to day of the development.
- Ensure all Health & Safety procedures are enforced and adhered to.
- Monitor and inspect quality and presentation to ensure the highest standards are being achieved.
- Ensure standard terms and conditions are agreed with all orders/contracts placed.
