Salary: Grade 3, Point 4 – 6

Contract Type: Permanent, Part Time, 35 hours per week, 39 weeks per year, Monday and Friday (08.30 am – 16.00 pm)

We are seeking to appoint a committed and enthusiastic SEND Administrator to join our successful and popular school.

The successful candidate will:

  • Provide high-quality administrative support to the SEND team.
  • Ensure the effective organisation, communication, and record-keeping of SEND provision across the school.
  • Liaise with external agencies, parents/guardians and teaching staff to support SEND students.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is able to work independently while contributing positively to a strong team ethos.
  • Is flexible and responsive to the changing needs of pupils and the school.
  • Demonstrates strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Uses initiative and problem-solving skills to support pupils effectively.
  • Brings warmth, resilience, and a sense of humour to the role.
