Start Date: Friday 11th September 2026

Salary: Grade 3, Point 4 – 6

Contract Type: Permanent, Part Time, 35 hours per week, 39 weeks per year, Monday and Friday (08.30 am – 16.00 pm)

We are seeking to appoint a committed and enthusiastic SEND Administrator to join our successful and popular school.

The successful candidate will:

  • Provide high-quality administrative support to the SEND team.
  • Ensure the effective organisation, communication, and record-keeping of SEND provision across the school.
  • Liaise with external agencies, parents/guardians and teaching staff to support SEND students.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is able to work independently while contributing positively to a strong team ethos.
  • Is flexible and responsive to the changing needs of pupils and the school.
  • Demonstrates strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Uses initiative and problem-solving skills to support pupils effectively.
  • Brings warmth, resilience, and a sense of humour to the role.

We welcome applications from candidates with experience of supporting administration in schools or SEND settings, as well as those with relevant experience in other related roles. We also encourage applications from individuals new to education who can demonstrate transferable skills and a strong commitment to inclusive practice.
