We are seeking to appoint a committed and enthusiastic SEND Administrator to join our successful and popular school.
The successful candidate will:
- Provide high-quality administrative support to the SEND team.
- Ensure the effective organisation, communication, and record-keeping of SEND provision across the school.
- Liaise with external agencies, parents/guardians and teaching staff to support SEND students.
We are looking for someone who:
- Is able to work independently while contributing positively to a strong team ethos.
- Is flexible and responsive to the changing needs of pupils and the school.
- Demonstrates strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Uses initiative and problem-solving skills to support pupils effectively.
- Brings warmth, resilience, and a sense of humour to the role.
