Thomas Franks is seeking a Pastry Chef for one of our prestigious Somerset locations. You will join a fast-paced kitchen, crafting breads, cakes and desserts from scratch for lunch service and hospitality, on a 37-week term-time contract with duties seven days a week including weekend residential activities.
You should have a genuine passion for food, experience in pastry, and be able to work as part of a team, following brand standards and all food safety policies.
