Thomas Franks is seeking a Relief Chef Manager to support our South M25 region and surrounding areas. You will lead service, create seasonal menus from regional suppliers, and cook from scratch while upholding our brand standards.
The role requires hands-on leadership in fast-paced contract catering, experience as Head Chef or Chef Manager, and a flair for fresh ingredients. You will manage costs, mentor teams, and ensure food hygiene and allergen policies are followed.
