Silverstone Park , for an innovative technology and research business park for forward-thinking STEM businesses based in Silverstone.
As a brand new location numbers catered for can vary but an estimated 200 people daily is expected; both tenants and open to the public.
We offer a modern, high end café / restaurant with additional hospitality for tenants.
This location operates
Monday to Friday and benefits from free parking on site.
- Shift timings: 0800 - 1600 (with some flexibility)
- We are looking for a talented
- Barista to join our team at one of our prestigious contracts in
Towcester.
Key responsibilities
- To work well in a team producing the best barista coffee for staff and visitors
- Ensuring company food standards are adhered to and wastage controlled.
- Ensuring all Food Hygiene and Health & Safety policies and allergen control procedures are followed.
- Ensure that all retail items are stocked and rotated regularly
- Set up of location in the mornings for daily operation
- Manage payments and any cash handling.
- Daily stock takes of products available
You will have the following skills
- Excellent customer service
- An all-round team player
- Barista experience essential
- Personable, good sense of humour, fun.
Knowledge / competencies
Ability to demonstrate reasonable / good understanding and use of verbal English.
Ability to demonstrate reasonable / good standard of written English and reading skills.
Similar experience of customer and / or food preparation environment is preferred
